Earthmoving equipment operator — Southend-on-Sea

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Southend-on-Sea, England. Your main tasks: • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Rotating shifts.
