Banksman wanted in Campbell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banksman in Campbell County, South Dakota. The job is at a busy construction site. Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Confident with standard crane hand signals Day-to-day duties: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads 5+ years on the tools preferred.
