Pot washer wanted in Lake County

Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Lake County, Illinois. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time with occasional weekends.
