Vacancy available: excavator operator (Colorado)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Hinsdale County, Colorado. You will work at a drainage and utilities contractor. Day to day you will backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
