Stainless steel welder wanted in Obokun

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Obokun, Osun State. You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings The role involves: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper ₦4,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
