Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges The role involves calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer.
