We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Webster County, Mississippi. You will be based in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. You will inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
