Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Your main tasks: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings Rotating shifts.
