Fabricator-welder wanted in Sevier County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Sevier County, Utah. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
