Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Ray County, Missouri. The job is in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time with occasional weekends.
