Immediate opening: we are hiring a smash repairer in Cedar County, Missouri. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. Day-to-day duties: • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates You should have: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
