Requirements: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Punctual with reliable attendance • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Your main tasks: • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
