Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Carter County, Montana. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control The role involves strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
