Steel fixing chargehand — Livingston County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Livingston County, Missouri. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level The role involves: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
