Steel erection rigger • Lake County, Colorado

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Lake County, Colorado. Your main tasks: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
