What we are looking for: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Your main tasks: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
