Now hiring: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Fulton County, New York. The job is at a cold storage facility. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls You will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
