Glazing installer — Arlington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glazing installer in Arlington County, Virginia. You will apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
