Health and safety supervisor wanted in Coventry

Great opportunity: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Coventry, England. On a typical shift you will verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
