Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
