Construction mazdoor — Muscatine County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a construction mazdoor in Muscatine County, Iowa. You will be based with a civil contractor. The role involves break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. Requirements: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
