Join our team: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Hood River County, Oregon. You will be based at a renovation and extension job. On a typical shift you will brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. Requirements: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
