Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in Haywood County, Tennessee. Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
