Counter butcher wanted in Petroleum County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Petroleum County, Montana. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
