Cook wanted in Shelby County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Shelby County, Tennessee. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
