The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $16 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
