You should have: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Your main tasks: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
