Immediate opening: we are hiring an estate gardener in Orange County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Valid driving licence for travel between sites On the job you will handle: • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease 2+ years on the tools preferred.
