Punch press operator wanted in Brighton and Hove

Great opportunity: we are hiring a punch press operator in Brighton and Hove, England. You will work at an auto components factory. On the job you will handle: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout 5+ years on the tools preferred.
