Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Lincoln County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Your main tasks: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
