Join our team: we are hiring a metal caster in White County, Indiana. You will work at a busy iron foundry. Requirements: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling The role involves carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings.
