Semi-automatic welder • Sussex County, New Jersey

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Sussex County, New Jersey. You will be based on a structural steel site. Day to day you will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
