Cnc production machinist — Pulaski County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Pulaski County, Illinois. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
