CO2 welder wanted in Shropshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Shropshire, England. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. You will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
