Captain waiter • Clark County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Clark County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Rotating shifts.
