Join our team: we are hiring a smash repairer in Delaware County, Iowa. You will be based in a collision repair centre. You will strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench 2+ years on the tools preferred.
