We are recruiting: foundry worker (Mississippi)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry worker in Clay County, Mississippi. The role involves: • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges Requirements: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Basic grinding and fettling skills 4+ years on the tools preferred.
