Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Union County, Arkansas. The job is at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience.
