Powder coating line operator • Miller County, Arkansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Miller County, Arkansas. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
