We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Bonner County, Idaho. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
