MIG welder — Argyll and Bute

Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG welder in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test The role involves: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
