Roofing technician — Evangeline Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing technician in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Day to day you will torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
