On a typical shift you will check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
