Back-of-house cleaner — Ohio County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ohio County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 5+ years on the tools preferred.
