Steward wanted in Camden County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Camden County, North Carolina. You will be based in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
