Join our team: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Kokona, Nasarawa State. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations The role involves: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors Six days a week, one day off.
