Industrial sewing operator • Stirling, Scotland

We are recruiting: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Stirling, Scotland. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance The role involves: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line Full-time with occasional weekends.
