Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Anambra West, Anambra State. The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Meals and transport allowance provided.
