Oven operator wanted in Ekiti

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Ekiti, Kwara State. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. ₦100,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
