The role involves: • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Overtime paid at a premium rate.
